The Neopuff manual resuscitator, with a T-piece for newborns, is easy to use and ideal for birthing blocks, nurseries, neonatal intensive care units, transport and operating rooms. Manually operated, Neopuff ensures precise control of inspiratory pressure (PIP) and expiratory pressure, (PEEP), offering and safe respiratory support for newborns.
Equipped with a manual pressure gauge, Neopuff facilitates the exact parameterization of administered pressures, ensuring that PIP and PEEP levels are constantly maintained. The maximum pressure relief valve prevents the administration of excessively high pressures, further increasing patient safety. Furthermore, the seal of the mask is constantly confirmed during use.
Neopuff provides oxygen concentrations between 21% and 100% from a flow meter or mixer, allowing it to be used with infant resuscitation masks or endotracheal tubes. This versatility makes it ideal for different clinical situations, including transport, where consistent PEEP delivery is crucial to assist the newborn’s breathing.
