Magnetotherapy or Extracorporeal Magnetotransduction Therapy (EMTT) equipment for pain treatment, tissue regeneration and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal pathologies. It enables non-invasive outpatient therapy with virtually no side effects for a wide range of applications in chronic musculoskeletal diseases.
It has an innovative design with the “Click &Connect” handle to perform treatments with minimum effort and maximum comfort for the patient and the therapist, even in “hands-free” mode. This “hands-free” mode and the fact that no direct contact with the skin is required, makes the MAGNETOLITH® the ideal tool for any rehabilitation clinic.
Extracorporeal magnetotransduction therapy (EMTT) with MAGNETOLITH® opens new possibilities for regeneration and rehabilitation.
EMTT differs from general forms of magnetotherapy since it allows for higher oscillatory frequencies (between 100-300kHz), resulting in a greater depth of penetration and a wider range of therapeutic indications (joint pathologies such as osteoarthritis, pain treatment, tendinopathies, etc.).
Equipped with a water-based cooling system, it is very quiet and has a highly ergonomic support arm and applicator. The treatments are painless and last between 5 to 20 minutes per session, depending on the pathology and its chronicity.
Some of the possible and validated therapeutic indications, thanks to the greater depth of penetration and several studies, are:
” Degenerative joint pathologies such as arthrosis (knee, hip, hands, shoulders, elbows), herniated discs, spondylarthrosis.
” Chronic pain (low back pain, muscle tension, radiculopathy, plantar fasciitis).
” Chronic sports injuries: tendinopathies, joint inflammation, tendon overload syndrome.
Highlights:
” The patient doesn’t need to take their clothes off during treatment.
” Efficiency and control on the touch screen.
” Short treatments of 5 to 20 minutes per session.
” Frequency up to 10 pulses/second.
” Visible results in 3 to 6 sessions.
