The F&P 950 is a superior performance humidification system that provides more benefits to patients and caregivers, designed for easy setup and use, minimizes condensation and offers advanced protection.
The temperature and flow probes have been integrated into the inspiratory limb and sensor cartridge, contributing to easier configuration of the F&P 950 system. The temperature sensor integrated into the patient end is eliminated with the single-use circuit, eliminating the need for disinfection or sterilization.
With an adult circuit connected, an interactive touch screen offers the selection of Invasive (endotracheal or tracheostomy intubation), Mask or Optiflow™ (high nasal flow) therapy modes via a drop-down menu. While operating in Mask or Optiflow mode, the temperature can be adjusted to provide patient comfort.
Temperature and flow monitoring are carried out using SensiDomes covers. These allow accurate measurement of temperature and flow while acting as a barrier between the waves and the delivered gases.

– AirSpiral technology protects humidified gases from environmental conditions using insulating air pockets and integrated wall heating along the length of the inspiratory branch
– Evaqua technology minimizes condensation, allowing moisture to penetrate freely through the wall of the expiratory branch, preventing the spread of pathogens
