LoFric Elle is a female catheter for intermittent algalization with hydrophilic lubrication. It is the world’s first urinary catheter with an angled L-shaped handle, which improves control and makes insertion easier, eliminating the need to touch the catheter tube with your hands and reducing the risk of infection. Its Urotonic™ surface allows for good lubrication when inserting and removing the catheter, without the need for instant activation.
With this catheter, users have greater control over the handle, achieving a better posture and easier insertion into the urethra. Its versatility makes it possible to increase the contact distance and thanks to the 90º handle it becomes more hygienic, preventing splashes. Teaching intermittent algalization is also easier and the field of vision is improved.
It is a ready-to-use bladder catheter, designed to be ergonomic, simple to use and with a touch-free grip and insertion technique, which can be connected to a urine collection bag.
With the Urotonic™ surface already characteristic of Lofric catheters, it ensures that lubrication remains during insertion and removal, reducing friction and adjacent complications.
The bottom of the packaging is recyclable as plastic (polypropylene) and is not made with PVC, phthalates or latex. The catheter holes are smooth, to avoid friction with the urethra and bladder.
