The SHAKER Deluxe Light is a personal mucus-clearing device that uses Positive Expiratory Pressure (PEP) and is gravity-dependent. POWERbreathe Shaker Deluxe respiratory equipment is easy to use and is intended to break secretions in the airways.

Inside the device is a weighted ball. When you breathe into the Shaker Deluxe Light, the ball is briefly raised during exhalation. This rising and falling action happens extremely quickly, creating a vibration sensation for the user. This vibration, combined with the gentle resistance created by exhaling against the ball, facilitates the secretions removal from the airways.
