We brought in to the IACS Congress (Challenges and Innovation in Infection Control) solutions that help reduce the environmental impact of fluid management. We analyze the impact on the entire life cycle of healthcare to make Serres Global a sustainable choice for everyone.
Surgical practices have evolved considerably over the last decade. However, surgical suction has not developed at the same pace. The need to develop is growing as the number of endoscopic surgeries in orthopedics, urology and gynecology continues to increase substantially. These surgeries involve significant amounts of fluid, which drives the search for new solutions to deal with its collection and elimination.
A more efficient management of fluids improves infection control, workflow and ultimately ensures that patients receive the best possible treatment.
This congress also featured a session given by Nurse Sérgio Nunes and Nurse Pedro Rosa from ULS Loures Odivelas on implementing sustainability in the operating room, with Serres NEMO. This was a sharing event by health professionals for health professionals!
When we help healthcare professionals focus their efforts where their expertise is most valuable, we improve operating room efficiency and optimize surgical flows, creating value elimination after elimination!
